Pinot Noir 100%.

PRODUCTION ZONE

Vineyards on slopes over 100 meters above sea level.

TRAINING

Trellis-trained with replacement cane - pruned (Guyot) and Vertical Shoot Position.

SOIL

Clayed-calcareous marl.

WINE MAKING

Soft crushing and skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel vessels at controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTES

The ruby colour in enriched by garnet hints. Fruity notes of red berry and floral hints of rose and wisteria gently tickle the nose. The smooth bite and the elegance of Pinot Noir meet the pleasing character of the Oltrepò tradition.

Potential for ageing: drink now, not potential for ageing. Alcohol level: 12,5% vol.
